Terms and conditions:

Our bookings policy is to take full payment at the time of booking; there is a 28 day policy too regarding cancelation; rooms booked and cancelled must be cancelled 28 days or more prior to booking if a refund is requested. If rooms are booked and cancelled prior to the 28 days, we take a £25 deposit per room per night booked and the balance is charged back to the card used to book only.

Rooms are all 100% non-smoking and the rooms let overlook the henge. Check-in is after 4pm and check out is at or prior to 10:30am on the day of departure.
Should rooms be heavily soiled, we reserve the right to impose a valet charge which, your acceptance of our terms and conditions acknowledges and pre-authorises.
Guests are requested to remove boots/shoes at the door and to check their footwear prior to entering the property. Lost keys are charged at £100 as all locks/keys and fittings accessed by those keys must then be replaced. Guests attention is drawn to the fire extinguishers located in the downstairs hall and the Pelmet Room. Improper use of these safety devices will be reported to the police. The £250 and any valet charge will be charged to the card of the person who made the booking irrespective of whomsoever in the party caused such damage.  All breakages and damage must be paid for and a valuation list of items will be made available. Breakfast is included in the booking price and we are a vegetarian bed and breakfast. Parking is in the residents High Street car park and a permit is issued at the time of checking-in; The Lodge accepts no liability for guests vehicles at any time. On booking you may either e-mail your card details, including address over, ask for a PAYPAL invoice or you may call us on 01672539023.
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DEBIT.

Rudeness, bullying or aggression towards any members of the household and/or fellow guests will not be tolerated and perpetrators will be asked to leave. If they refuse to do so the police will be called to eject the individuals concerned; in the event, the key will be returned or charged at the lost rate of £100, all members of the party must also leave the property. Under any of these circumstances you will not receive a refund. We do not accept cash or cheque bookings. Tampering with the alarm device on the front wall hall and/or setting the alarm off in any circumstances other than a genuine emergency will result in a £250 charge being made against the principal guests credit/debit card. We cannot accept liability for any loss from your room should it occur beyond our statutory obligation to you. Our insurance details are available should they be requested.
